Advice needed.Need to replace petrol tank straps.

I know a couple of people on here have done them - @zedonist for one. I'm sure Rich will confirm how difficult it is, but I did find this reference from him in another post...

I did this when I changed the rear bushes. It was easy as the rear axle was out.
 
Thanks Guys,I was rather hoping someone had a solution that doesn't involve a huge amount of dismantling or I am going to have to take it in . I've already put it to my local garage but they seem not to be interested. This could mean they think it's too difficult for them or its a quick fix that they can't be bothered with.I'm hoping it's the latter.

Anyone else please?
