Advice please.

How often do the plugs need changing on my E89 23i ?
Also which plugs? I fitted NGK long life on my Z3 and E85, both 2.2.
It had new plugs at 48k and is now at 67k, so I'm wondering whether to get plugs for it's service which is due end of April.

30 to 60k depending on driving style according BMW, doing mine next service after 30k ish

So mine should be good until next service.
Do you fit BMW or other plugs Niall ? As I say, I've fitted NGK on previous zeds, but partially because they were on offer at Halfords so I bought 3 sets at the time.
