I was thinking about getting this one on craigslist. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this particular one. Frankie

It doesn't seem to be very tall Frankie,i have similar one to that but it's taller than that one you're looking at. Mine is quite effective at reducing turbulence but with that one being shorter i wonder if it would work as well. Here's a pic of mine if it helps.

Yep, looks similar to my type1 for cars with out roll hoops and mounts on the outer turrets but I have no idea how that "snap on" system works. If the guy has not removed the parts from the car that it snaps into, you could have a problem.
I removed the parts from my car.
Also, I think he is a bit out with his inches, "The length from mount tip-to-mount tip is 52.5 inches", that is to long.

Nee Nah, Nee Nah, ///M police, what's that on your bootlid Bozzy? It may be shorter but appears it could be wider, so might work as well?

haha sorry PC Tony....it has been removed since that pic,it was on there when i got the car :rolleyes:
Yes i guess you're right there mate and as Frankie said it is a BMW item so should do the job well.
