I used castrol syntrax on mine.

Yes I used exactly the same Dave. Didn't realise you had a LSD

25%LSD was standard on 2.8ltr as far as I am aware, and Castrol Syntrax referenced by @Grumpy is the recommended oil.

Why would you pay for a 25% lsd? Would it be worth the money?

I believe it was part of the 'Sport' package. Along with the lowered suspension, sport seats etc...
