And as a small edit, I wouldn't use any additives, just the right oil. There's plenty of people around that will happily sell you stuff that you don't actually need.

And, how would you know what made the difference if you don't use just oil first?

I tried a few then went with AT dextron 3. And it's much better, no longer notchy.
