That was built by bmw and is the only one proper built bmw still have it in their own collection the colour is kyalami orange which like dakar yellow I reckon has been kinda robbed and tweaked a bit by mini to make liquid yellow and volcanic orange. ( but that's another story 
) It must be something else to drive I worked in a garage years ago boss had a bmw 850 so same engine in an 8 series and that was a seriously quick car in a z3 it would be insanely fast you'd need to be a stig to drive it properly

Yes it is nice saw a picture on here a couple of weeks ago of a black z3 with a black / kyalami orange interior . I'd like them in black/ yellow
