Little door / flap under the sump nut

What's the proper name for the little flap that allows access to the sump drain plug and screws / clips into the under-engine tray? Mine fell to pieces yesterday during an oil change and being borderline OCD it will annoy me that I'm missing a part off the Z3. Anyone got one they don't want?
 
I think I might have one. I'm not refitting my undertray. But mine is an M44. Would the little door be in the same place as yours?

It's an M44, 1998 1.9. Driver's side. I can photograph for confirmation?
