It is a dear car, of that there is no denying. But like some have said If it's a keeper and it makes you smile then good luck to you. If we ever get the weather you'll love it! :thumbsup:

Glad you've found your car Mate, good for you. Some may say it's expensive, and they may be right. But if it's as good as it sounds and requires little doing then that's great for you. Enjoy it as much as you can.:):)

If that is directed at me, I'm not saying it is..
But.
People are free to air their opinions and I'm sure everyone here would say that the car was expensive. Most people here enjoy tinkering and the challenge of keeping their aging cars in tip top shape, so a car that cost around £5000 and is perfect, would not be as appealing as a 2-£3000 car that needed a very small amount of tidying up.

I am glad you have the car you want, these cars are prime examples of being worth what someone will pay, and in your case it was THE car for you. And that is fine. When you know you know.
