3rd brake light bowing

took apart 3rd break light to replace a few of the bulb and twist holders, i ordered a new outer O ring, and putting it all back which needs 3 hands to don iv developed a bowing in the middle of the outer red part....

there doesnt seem to be anything obvious iv done wrong....but clearly i have, as the outer red part doesnt really sit well.

any ideas please.

Hard to see but I can press in the middle and springs back, there's about 5mm movement I guess

I sussed it ... its nit clipping into the middle on the 3 push clips...

4 pairs of hands required .. jeez

You might be able to heat it and bend it back, not sure but heat did this and heat might be a fix.
Otherwise Bimmerworld and Pelican parts offer replacement lenses, they are not cheap but if you break it trying to fix it....

I sussed it , the new seal I bought wasn't sitting in the right llade , hard to see when your looking upwards.. anyway stripped ot all back out , re positioned it , and it all went together as should .
