Glad its sorted but thanks for updating the forum with the solution. So often people post problems, get a load of free advice and then never come back to tell us the answer.

It was Niall that sowed the seed for me. I had clicked onto the fact that even though they are parallel, there is some movement in the runners allowing a bit of "jiggle" room.
