Any info would help please .... looking as to why my air con pump does not cut in, the switch on the dash lights up and you can tell the resurc side of it works but the pump itself does not cut in although the ice symbol is lighting blue when the switch is depressed.
Having checked the pump, if fed 12v it does engage the clutch so i know the pump itself looks as though it is ok .
The three fuses as well as the relay appear good also.
The previous owner did advise it wasn't working and that maybe it needed to be re-gassed ?
Is there a low level protection in the circuit that would prevent the pump from engaging if the gas level was low?
Its not really something im likley to use but its there so i have to get it working anyone had any issues with it and if so what was the fix thanks
