Hey everyone ,First thanks for zedfest it was great . Second i asked about a set of wheels on a car .
my car is a facelift 2.0 i was going to put some series 66 wheels on, I know they have to be staggered is it 8's and 9's ? do want it sticking past the arches .
cheers

You may think that protrudng wheels are wonderful, but does the MoT tester and the police? Also remember that they will eventually flay the paint off the top of the wheel arches . . .

sorry what i meant I don't want it sticking out the arches

You don't have to have staggered wheels, they are not compulsory.
Mine are style 16 (from the factory); 17" .7.5" front and 8.5" rears witth 225 and 245 tyres respectively.

Have a look at www.willtheyfit.com you can play around with different sizes, profiles of tyres and offsets and it will show you the differences in many things against your originals.

Is this the type of wheel you want to fit this is a style 66

If so 2 varients a square set 8x17
And a staggered set 8x17 and 9 x17

The rears will just fit they will stick out further than stock but will fit within the arch

The front will be an issue as will stick out too much

Good job i haven't bought them then !

Got to find some nice wheels then I'm not that keen on the 5 spokes I have

I don't understand , I see plenty of z3's with 5 series & z4 wheels with nothing noticeable standing out.
