Very nice, but so is my Z3 and over £350K cheaper. :whistle:
 
RS Mk1s had round headlights. Only the cheap models had square. Schoolboy error.
I always wonder what the market could be for cars like this. Real, restored Mk1 RS Escorts are expensive but you could get the best one out there for a LOT less.
 
Very expensive for what is only an old mark one Ford Escort, didn't see what all the fuss was about the first time around and still don't, sorry.
 
Yes,yes ,yes, defo a MK1 Escort RS2000 Blue on Blue, would have another. Mine was stolen first time I parked it out of my garage overnight 1985. Then badges stollen when parked up shopping. At 78+ I still hanker for another, even before a Mk1 M3. Pics somewhere in my loft, will hunt them out and post for anyone interested, not many pics left as fam has relieved me of most. Stolen recovered from organised car theft gang from London, but that’s another story all of its own. Bloody car I kept locking myself out of it, that’s also another story that helped me regain possession of it as it had been cloned.

Absolutely ridiculous £354k for a modern Mk1 Escort, who would pay that for it? 🤷‍♂️ ..........................................Erm, I would if I had the money to burn :happy::happy::happy:
 
I'd buy one in a heartbeat if I was loaded. I'm not so ENDEX.
