Getrag 250G gearbox oil change

My 98 Z3 2.8's Getrag 250G is due for an oil change

Which oil should I put in?
BMW genuine?
MTF or ATF?
Viscosity?
Brand?

Any help would be much appreciated

I would second contacting Opie Oils. They will supply what you need. Also make sure to remove the level/filler plug BEFORE you drain the old stuff. Same goes with the Diff.
