Mine is also unique, not perfect, not a heap of rubbish either. Could do with a bit of "tarting up". However, does less than 500 miles in the year and passes the MOT with no problems, that's unique in my experience but a great result nevertheless. That sort of uniqueness really means something in my book!
Because a BMW car is sold on a base car + option sheet basis, almost every car off the line is 'Unique'. This is never more true than with the Z3. Just look at the 40 odd leather colours it had during the run, even leather textures, before you talk about other options.
Rare is the S54 powered Z3M coupé in RHD. Are there any?
I'm sure you'd be able to find a few similar cars in the USA as stuffing v8's into small cars is a national pastime there. My kid brother has already measured up my. Engine compartment for a BBC 462 ci engine to see if it'll fit, and it will. JIM
73 RHD S54 roadies not 75. There is some confusion as to whether there is a 74th due to some BMWUK statements.
Nb the 73 include 3 none UK spec cars ie 2 Australian spec and 1 unknown but with KLM speedo so that's 73 worldwide not just UK = one of the rarest BMW models ever built.
Imola S54 being my favourite is also one of the rarest of the rare, 4 RHD worldwide
