Lighting issues

Here is the scenario:

Car radio, ac lights, dashboard lights and odometer all flicker when car is on. When I turn on the headlights, car radio has no power, no ac lights, odometer light works, dashboard lights work, all exterior lights work. Any thoughts on what is causing this? (Fuses appear ok)

Sounds like the rheostat on the light switch is failing, common problem. Give it a twist with the lights on to test.

Agreed just to add AC switch has no back lights

I guess I am perplexed, because when the I start the car, (leave headlights off). car stereo, blinks, odometer blinks, speedometer lights blink. Does this still seem like a rheostat issue? (I also meant the tune dials for the fan, temp, and vent setting, not ac button, my bad). Thanks for the any feedback, it's an annoying issue.
