Lower door rubber replace question

I see the plastic thing that goes partially over the top of the door rubber along side the seat, Its not immediately apparent how this comes off ?

OK thanks Tom, Its a careful pry job then, and try not to break anything..

I get my finger tips under the edge and find a short, sharp pull usually gets at least two of the three pegs free (middle and rear, usually), and then it slides off the front one. I find this helps with reinstallation, and also if they're both off helps me know which is which (if they're actually different part nos. left/right?)
