It'll take some maintenance time to stop it self passivating and going dull, there has to be a high temp lacquer available, VHT must do one.
I think a regular metal polish should keep it at bay

A good caranuba wax should seal the pores, who did it for you?

Definitely not blingy! I love polishing stainless but Al is easier to do. I intend to polish anything that can be polished if they ever find my car!! 28 days and still nothing! JIM
