New paint

Took Pistachio to the paint shop this morning for a complete respray and wheel powder coating. Sticking with original colour. Once done, moving onto the leather interior.

Respray not done yet, it will take about a week. The photo is 'before' but does not show the faded doors, clearcoat peeling off the bonnet or the bits of rust on the sills!
Should have stood closer yo it..

If you don't mind me asking, what's the going-rate for a full respray on a Z3 these days?

I was quoted £2000 inc. for a complete respray in the same colour. Wheel refurb is additional.

That seems like a very fair price for a full respray. Is the body shop recommended/known to you?

Yep. Doing a colour change, properly, you gotta do inside the doors, pillars etc. Just doing the pillars is as much prep as the whole outside. Under the bootlid, engine bay. Ching ching.

Same colour is peasy in comparison.
