Bolts and screws only, about 2 hours work, but you need the full kit, at which Spurs fan has one for sale including plastics, it makes a difference, just need to make sure you have a 1997 onwards car to fit them, other wise you will need the outer stantions cut from a donor car and welded into yours.
If you have all the fittings it's pretty simple. Try to get what you need when you buy including the smaller storage lid you'll need. JIM
