Rough Running

So, my car was running fine (2.8) but has been laid up for a while. It now appears to be running on just 4 cylinders and smelling rich.
I have swapped couls about so it isn't that.
Could it be the MAF sensor?
If not injectors maybe?

Any ideas greatly appreciated

You need to get it scanned for codes..otherwise it’s 100% guesswork (rather than 50% guesswork). Anything blocking the air intake/filter..laid up cars are heaven for little furry friends
