Hey guise,
I know the sagging glove box is a common issue, but I've searched here and can't seem to find any threads about this topic. I was hoping to find a DIY fix thread for this issue. I know basically there's not much involved here...just getting a strip of metal to reinforce it and securing it in place, but was just wanting to see some pictures and maybe get some tips/user experiences on doing this repair.

Thanks in advance

I've never heard of it and been on here 3 years or so. Is it more common in hotter countries where in interior plastics can suffer from heat?

The US glove box is a different design to ours IIRC, there is a crash structure or something in behind it, the shape is totally different too.

Hope its not any smaller euro spec glovebox isn't exactly spacious.

As far as I am aware, this only happens on the cars sold in the USA due to safety laws at the time.
Cars sold in Europe do not have this problem.
