hi can any one help me in locating a set of these for my seats. Also if your guides are snaped is it an MOT fail,
Coming up to that nail biting time. Is there any thing I should look out for be for the test.
Thanks simon

Not a testable item Si so don't worry about that. These are available from Southern Boy, on here, a very nice item but there are less expensive ways to repair the guides if you want them. He does these in black and silver I believe. As regards the test, try and make sure all the items you can check are good, ie, tyre tread, all lights, wipers and washers, horn etc.

Thanks tony only had car 2 months, as far as I can see all looks good had new tyres fitted rear. Just wonder if there maybe any horrors hiding underneath.

Thanks Steve will fing my local dealer
Those Z shaped repair pieces are NOT a BMW part Si and are only available from Southern Boy. You can buy the original belt guides from BMW but these require the removal and total strip down of the seat to fit them, this is why these Z repair parts are on sale.

Very unlikely mate, you will likely be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.

How can I get hold of southern boy on this forum

I've got a set of the"Z" guides on mine and they work a treat. In fact that looks like a picture I posted on .net when I first fitted them. I'd recommend them.

I'd recommend the guides and the arm rest and the seat lift kit spent a bloody fortune.I seem to remember mention of a chrome or silver gear surround? Or is they my imagination
