Got a call from lady at the IBCC this afternoon confirming our "visit" for a photo call on the 2nd. Sept. Please make a note to bring at least 1 Pound coin to give to your team leader for him to pay for "parking" at the centre. Thank you.

I am at the Black Swan as well, took me an age to find the confirmation as I booked it last October. :)
 
Me too - I'm working at a horse trials in Lincoln on the Saturday but will get to the Black Swan around 7pm I guess; are we meeting up for a drink/food? If any of you want something to do on the Saturday the British Horse Riding Clubs National Championships is on at the Lincolnshire Showground.

Should be lively in the bar!
