Fair comment. There is no rush in to book the parking and it is still early days but my guess would be a maximum of twenty cars, or we could restrict it to twenty. Any thoughts from those likely to come?
 
And can I be Nodzed on the attendees list please ;)

I would cap it anyway at 20. It becomes very difficult to run with to many. I'd split into 3 groups as well, 10 in a group becomes awkward at traffic lights, junctions etc. I know @Paul Rice has lead several groups so maybe happy to help?

Last group i led we got lost and ended up having our own shorten version!

Good point, the run is now capped at 20 cars.
Ideally the group leaders would have local knowledge but if Paul wants to step up that's fine with me.

Pooley and handsomejack both added leaving 4 places on the run but me and Jeano have a place each so if we get over booked we will use one car. Thanks for the great response, I originally thought we might get 6 or 7 cars at the most but we have doubled that already!

Why not go to 24 cars Tony and then have 4 groups of 6 each? These things just GROW don't they?;)

Everyone is in the same boat there colb so I will add you to the list since it is purely provisional at the moment subject to confirmation of the date which I will confirm by this weekend.
I think I will add Ellesmere into the run too, the route is coming together in my head slowly but surely.

I was thinking that when I set the date we may lose a few people due to other commitments which would leave maybe 18 cars for 3 groups of six but if we get enough firm entries I would be happy to go to 4 groups of 6 provided I can get 3 group leaders.
 
I doubt you'll have trouble finding volunteers, I need 5 for next September's meet.
