you could try this - I have just done it on my PC and opened it up in Google Maps on my phone. It seems to overlay the route with straight lines but presumably it will make you follow the route, not the straight line

Open Steves Routes in MYRoute and then save as GPX (I save as GPX 1.1 Route, Track, POI)
These instructions are from some of the guys on the Porsche forum:
Down load the route to google maps, sign in and pick your route from MAPS and then put my phone in a holder and set Google maps to “Play voice over Bluetooth” and “Play as Bluetooth phone call”. The verbal instructions come through the PCM speakers and anything else (except the passenger) is muted. Volume can be adjusted in the normal way when the voice is speaking. Works pretty well. You can have the PCM map up at the same time so you can see the upcoming junctions even though they don’t show the route, which is on the phone of course.
