My car pass arrived via email today. My event ticket came separately (on 20/01/22) from a different email address so it might be worth checking you “junk mail” folders if you haven’t had it yet. We can arrive from 0730hrs and public can arrive from 0930hrs so @BMBabe you have to time set us out to look pretty!:thumbsup:

I plan to get there 08:15 get the dome tent up park up @Mnbrennan and myself ready to great everyone
 
Not sure where everyone is coming from. I'm travelling from Notts. How about meeting at Welford Truck Stop just off the A14 at around 8am then travel in?

I’ve done some research and it looks like a good spot to gather is 5 mins up the road at Aldi.

Stacey needs time to sort out a few things on site before we arrive so if we meet from 0800hrs onwards with a view to setting off at 0840 to arrive on site at 0845 (by which time Stacey will be ready for us).

Meet point: Aldi, Overstone Leys, NN6 0AB

Time: From 0800hrs

Depart for Sywell: 0840hrs
