A bit big for me @John Thompson or i'd gladly have taken it off your hands. I also have an American airman survival suit that is water, wind, etc proof along with the full caribou suit which is the jacket, pants, mitts and mukluks. I've been out in -40 in a strong wind and because I was going to be out for hours I had to go back inside and strip down to my shorts and even then was too warm in the furs. JIM
 
We’re staying at the Old Vicarage in Ambleside, from Fri 27th to Mon 30th.

Stayed there last year and really liked it. :thumbsup:

Staying at Newby Bridge Friday night so will be doing the A592 on the way down, will keep the eyes peeled for fellow Z'ds
 
@bertiejaffa asked about doing something on the Saturday night - did this get any further? Would be nice to have an evening social seeing as quite a few are either close by or staying in the area.
 
We would like to participate if possible and god willing all the mechanical stuff let's us!
