Can I suggest one of you staying at the PI arrange a table as if they are busy you are more likely as guests to get a large one booked. I never intended to arrange a meal and haven't on any previous Wye run, it was suggested by someone else on the thread some time ago but happy to come along.
 
Happy to oblige Niall but didn't want to tread on any toes. We are up to 12 seats now and with you +1 that is 14 which will be 2 tables at least.
I have struck while the iron is hot and spoken to the Travellers Rest next door to the Premier Inn, we have one large table that seats a maximum of 14 booked for next Saturday night to sit down at 7.30 for BMW Z3 as guests on the meal deal although some of you may not have taken the meal deal that is not a problem as you can pay on the night.
I hope that suits the majority.

Hi Tony, we're staying at the PI too can you please add the Mints onto your list. The times you suggest are fine for us. Thank you.
 
We now have 24 diners for the pre run dinner. I will contact the pub to amend our booking on Monday evening to give anybody else who wants to come along time to make themselves known. I will post on here again when the pub have confirmed our booking for the larger numbers now attending.
I suggest arriving before sit down time to enjoy a quick drink and a chance to meet and greet new and old friends.

I think if you save Nialls routes as a .KML file you should be able to use them in Google. Not tried it as mine's a TomTom.
 
I am sorry but I will have to cancel the meal. Something else has come up on the Saturday evening and I have cancelled the night stop. I will be coming straight down on Sunday morning.

Our booking at the Travellers Rest is now increased to 21 places, they are unsure of the table arrangement yet but they have confirmed that we are OK.

HOWEVER BECAUSE WE ARE A LARGE PARTY THEY HAVE REQUESTED THAT WE PRE-ORDER.

Could everyone please look on the pub website and post their choices on here ASAP and I will tot them up to order en masse.
Remember that those on the meal deal have pre paid for 2 courses, either starter/main or main/pudding.
I will put your choices against your names on the attendees list and bring a copy on the night for reference.

Oooooh just catching up with the thread.
I'm staying at the Premier Inn too, would love to join everyone for a bite to eat Saturday night, or more importantly a few beers.
