Tightening rear subframe bolts with jack under control arm

So I've polished up and painted the rear front subframe mounts on my Z. Time to install and I realise it'll be a pain to tighten these at ride height. Ok to just place a jack under the control arm and tighten to spec? I have it on 4 jack stands so she'll be securely fastened.
 
If you have a helper to balance the subframe assembly, just lift up under the diff. I did mine on my own and used a motorcycle lift, if you were near me you would have been welcome to borrow but being so your not I hope you can find some one to assist.
 
I actually just went ahead and tightened them when lifted. Not like I changed the bushing or anything
