nice :) great to see under all the carpet and plastics ;-)
what is the black circle behind the drivers seat? always wondered what it was....

passenger seat in ours - fuel tank sender access

Poor little zed what harm had it ever done to you. Well at least a spare tan interior.

Good luck with the project.

She was scraped and needed attention so we are giving her an overhaul and putting her on the track where she is in her element. Like a Panther in the wild stalking her next meal. :) She is getting new race suspension, rotors, pads, bearings and hubs, control arms. new H&R spring kit to lower her down. new staggered wheels and tires. New interior parts (We had to gut her because she was leaking from a bad top install and water was standing on the floor. That is why the carpet is up with a fan blowing under it) The cool part is my wife said she does not care if we get any of the money back when we sell her as long as I am happy. :)

Robert, I need your wife to talk to my wife!=))=))
Good luck with the project, having watched some Autocross in Kissimmee this spring I will be watching with interest.

Tony.

Update:

She was on jack stands for over a month but this weekend she got to feel the road again. Still have some body/paint work and a few items on the inside but the suspension and mechanical work is complete. We had the seats recovered and the glove box smile is gone, cleaned all the carpets. Replaced the power seat switch on the passenger side and repaired all the things that did not work. New Bilstien suspension, H&R Springs (Lowered it 1.5 inches) High carbon rotors and H&R pads. New control arms and all bushings as well as wheel bearings and reinstalled the top correctly. Replaced all fluids with Royal Purple. She is smooth. More to come after remaining items are complete.

Great project, interested on your experience with the HandR with Bilsteins, as Bilstein teamed up with Eibach for the B12 kit which I run on the Z3 and think is awesome, but on the van I run Bilstein and the HandR and that works very well too?

Do you need some work? your car is looking good!

So far it is really good. It will beat you to death below 40 but it starts to feel good around 55 and then really feels good between 60 and 100. It starts to feel light at around 105. Have not had it on tight roads yet but will this weekend. Will update again.
