Window gets stuck closing/opening

On my Z3, I was working on fixing the window getting stuck by greasing all the components. However, for some reason, after greasing everything, it still gets stuck.

It also makes a weird squeak sound when going down and I don’t know why. I have to spam press the up/down button to make the window go up/down.

The tracks or track runners or sliders, are probably the cause... Never had the problem with my Z, but many cars I have had has. Spent years as a professional driver with windows going up and down 100 times a day...

try a bit of silicon spray on the rubber window guides , if not silicon try wd40 or even washing up liquid
