So I posted last month about the purchase of a CL500.

Stunning car, caused me to sorn the Zed for the winter. But as I'm prone to do......I changed my mind, got an offer I couldn't refuse for the CL and sold it.

Saw that @BMBabe could help with insurance and so thought, ach why not. Stacey duly did as promised and saved me money on a similar policy. I even put the car into a local valet place, something I only do with the other cars normally, never the Zed but I thought, why not. It cost £55 which was less than the money I saved via Stacey so all good .......until.......

So it's your fault then Lex. They look like big flakes too, you don't it to snow long like that mate.

That was around 3pm today, it got extremely heavy for an hour or so, whole place covered, then came a downpour which washed it all away.

What on earth is that white stuff lex? Proper ruins what would have been a good photo!

No way you are kidding :( Bloody weather :(
Glad I could help with the insurance

Hope we don't get any snow :p
It looks pretty :)
But I don't like it ;)

Its forcast tonight here but its too wet to do anything..... Saying that it is 1 degree outside :(

We're about 6degrees at the moment :p
So we're not too bad for this time of year :)
But when the snow does come ........ :(
It don't generally stay long because we're too near the sea :)

My Z winters behind the garage door on the left. This was from 2 years ago - last year wasn't as bad. I've only driven it once in snow/ice - got caught in the mountains of North Carolina in April with an unusually late snowfall. Heading home that day was a bit of a challenge with ultra-performance tires.

years ago was interesting getting back home. I had arranged to pick our daughter up from work but she had to walk up the hill out of Rugby as the dual carriageway was blocked with stuck cars.

Our relies used to live on Bilton Rd. In Rugby.
