Z3 front wheel alignment

I have searched everywhere looking for the BMW spec for the front wheel alignment on a stock Z3, in particular toe, can anyone help me please

I can't answer your question, but I had mine done when a mobile mechanic of my acquaintance took it to a local site. They had a great deal of difficulty making any adjustment because both track rod ends were seized to the track rods. They very nearly gave up! Be aware, yours could very well be even worse as mine is one of the youngest Z3s on the road and this struggle took place more than ten years ago!
 
Your local garage alignment machine will have the recommended specs stored on it. You could either get it done there or (if you know them) as them see what the machine says it should be.

I second the seizing of the track rod ends. I took one look at mine and thought (they ain't never coming apart) so I replaced the whole track rod.
