Hi all, has anyone ever removed the inner wing liner? Any tips gratefully received.

After you remove all the screws etc. pull it away from the end of the sill in a downward direction. Also pull it away from the inside leaving the arch around the wheel arch till last. Hope that makes some sense, and they are a bloody good fit by the way.

Tony.

Removed all the screws, but liner would not budge, absolutely solid in place. Will leave it for another day. Telling me they're a bloody good tight fit.

They are tight but should not be that bad - start from the front and work along inner edge and that should move and you can then twist it out. A possibility is that a previous owner has undersealed them in - try running a flat blade under the edge to break bond.

They are a really tight fit, don't worry about damaging the liner as they are very tough. Get ready to be showered in mud and debris when it does let go ;)

Have you removed the two screws under the front edge?

Should be four screws in total @ZTec two in the wing and one at the bottom of each side. I found pulling it down from the inner side behind the shock helped dislodge it.

I'll try that.
