It probably depends on your model, when I first copied a route, I had a new Garmin so when the window came up to choose the format, I selected Garmin new but when I used it it just tried to send me in a staight line from waypoint to waypoint. I later copied routes in Garmin old and it works perfectly.

Yes it’s gpx1.0. I remember the fun in Holland lol.. Garmin v TomTom v others. All different roots.
 
I’m assuming these files can’t be downloaded to Google maps

Don't think so but you can get myRoutes phone app then just run them from there.

Are we meeting for a pre-run dinner on Saturday evening, if so has anyone asked the Beefeater for a table(s)? do we know how many
 
We are up for a meal at the Beefeater. We haven't booked anything yet though.

We have booked the Premier Inn for Saturday night and we have included the meal deal for Saturday night dinner and Sunday breakfast.
Nodzed could you provisionally book a table for maybe 8 to10 and then amend when actual figures are in?
 
Staying PI Sat night but no table booked as yet. Add Nicci & myself plus Toni & Trevor and whoever else to any table list please. :thumbsup:
 
Evening all, we're staying in Ross, so have booked at a Gurkha restaurant. Time and tiredness permitting, we can Pop up for pre/post Beers. Both looking forward to the event. Cheers
