Event Torksey Lock Cruise and Lunch. 2023. September 10th.

Sorry Shaun, I did see that on Saturday but it was travel home day and a bit hectic. Anyway you are on the list now. Thank you.

I have a family engagement that I forgot about. I won't be attending after all.

I'll put you down Chris but things are a little different this year. The White Swan closed on Sunday so we can't have our lunch stop there. We will be meeting there at 9.00 and first group away for 10.00. Lunch will be at Woodcocks at Burton Lane End at the end of the cruise.

So thats what you and Gary have been up to,all that wood working - v. nice Tony :cool:
 
Me and Shirl got out on Wednesday to do another run of the cruise route, and, seeing as we ended up at The Woodcocks we decided to roadtest some of the menu.
Shirl went for the Fish and Chips,

While I tried the 8oz. Gammon.

Beleive me it was all there under the 2 eggs.
We both enjoyed it very much.
Sadly we've had to modify the route due to this,

So now we'll have to take in a stretch of the A15 between Caenby Corner and Scampton top. Just shy of 50 miles as per and around an hour plus 10 minute photo stop.
In the interest of fairness we thought we should show you an "after" shot of those meals too.
